ETHEREAL & ADVENTUROUS MATERNITY SESSION IN HOT SPRINGS.

Where do I even begin!? This session was INCREDIBLE! Evelyn reached out to me shortly after finding out she was pregnant! When she told me about her vision for this, I knew immediately this was going to be a session fueled with so much PASSION from the both of us. One of Evelyn and Adam’s favorite pass times is visiting Hot Springs and well the one they chose for this session was as if teleported to another planet or walked right into a scene of a movie. For Evelyn and Adam this is their cinematic story and I wanted to photograph it as such!

To get to these Hot Springs it was a 3.6mi out and back trail. It was a cold crisp day and you could see our white clouds of breathe floating through the air. All layered and bundled we worked our way to the springs. For the most part the trail was flat, with a short incline to the Hot Springs. But once you got there! OH MY GOODNESS, HOW WORTH IT IS!!! Since we planned this more in the off season (late fall), we practically had this location all to ourselves, minus a few passer byers!

Once you get to the Hot Springs we found ourselves surrounded by mountains and overlooks of canyon we walked, sun shining and steam coming up from the springs. The water was PERFECT! Not too hot, and no where near cold, it made for enjoying the crisp air absolutely perfect! E&A had a couple of looks planned and they fit the vibe so perfectly! You would never know this hot springs was nestled in mountains as in some of these photos we could have been in Hawaii or our own far away destination island!
